Weather Forecast Policy

As we prepare for our upcoming dinner on the beach, I would like to outline our company policies regarding inclement weather. These guidelines are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees while considering the unpredictability of weather conditions.

1. Weather Contingency Plans : In the event of rain or adverse weather conditions, all dinner reservations will be moved indoors. Please note that we will not be able to provide the same outdoor service under these circumstances.
2. Cancellation Policy: It is important to note that dinner reservations cannot be canceled on the day of the event. All presentations and arrangements for each reservation are finalized three days prior to the dinner. All cancellations must be submitted 3 days before the actual dinner date
3. Company Rights: Our company reserves the right to reschedule, change the location, and rearrange the dinner decoration and setup if necessary due to rain or bad weather.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to create a pleasant dining experience.

Dinne On The Beach Policy

Please note that all guests are required to submit their food choices at least 3 days in advance of their dinner date. We regret to inform you that last-minute changes cannot be accommodated, as this is essential for maintaining order and efficiency with our staff.

Additionally, we kindly ask that you inform us of any food allergies prior to submitting your menu selections. It is important to understand that our company cannot be held responsible for any allergy-related issues that may arise. Your health is a priority, and we encourage you to take the necessary precautions.

Each guest is entitled to a three-course meal, which includes one starter, one appetizer, one main course, and one dessert.
