• We recommend that you show up 10 minutes early to your appointment to avoid any delays or lost of time. 

Most Important Information

• We wanted to remind you that punctuality is of the utmost importance to ensure that all activities begin on schedule and are completed as planned. As stated in our company policy, we maintain a strict delay or no-show policy for all of our services.
• If you are late for your scheduled tour or appointment, we ask that you contact us in advance. Please understand that we are not responsible for any missed activities or “no-shows” due to your failure to arrive on time for your appointment.
• We urge you to arrive promptly at the designated time and location to ensure that you do not miss out on your booking. You will have a 10 minutes grace period to show up for your appointment, after this time we will have to change your appointment (depending on availability) or reschedule for another day.
• All clients are required to shower before their treatment. You will be required to read and complete our waiver and client intake form at check in.

A booking confirmation will be sent out via email 24 hours prior to your actual tour date. You might get a confirmation email sooner, depending on the volume of bookings.

Booking and Reservation Policy Via Zelle
All bookings or reservations should be paid 2 days in advance in order for your tours to be confirmed. Reservations made via Zelle will not be held without payment. If your reservation is not paid 2 days in advance, it will automatically be canceled. We recommend that you make the necessary payment in order to proceed with your booking.

Confirmation about Booking and Pick-up Time
A confirmation email containing a CONFIRMED PICK-UP TIME time will be sent to you via EMAIL/SMS the day before your actual tour. Please note that the time on the website estimates when the tours start.
Your confirmation email will show the correct time for all pick-ups. Please make sure to read your confirmation email. Please check your spam or junk mail section if you cannot find your confirmation email in your regular inbox.

Please note in unforeseen circumstances that we can’t provide this service outdoor we will have to relocate to indoor or reschedule the service for another day.

• Any cancellations made at least ninety-six (96) hours or more shall not attract a cancellation fee.
• Any cancellation made less than ninety-six (96) hours but more than seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the scheduled tour time will attract a fifty percent (50%) penalty.
• Any cancellation made within forty-eight (48) hours or on the same day of the scheduled tour will attract a one hundred percent (100%) penalty.
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Company and received by Unique Tours Jamaica within the timeframes outlined above to be eligible for a refund.
