A booking confirmation will be sent out via email 24 hours prior to your actual tour date. You might get a confirmation email sooner, depending on the volume of bookings.

Booking and Reservation Policy Via Zelle.
All bookings or reservations should be paid two (2) days in advance in order for your tours to be confirmed. Reservations made via Zelle will not be held without payment. If your reservation is not paid two (2) days in advance, it will automatically be canceled. We recommend that you make the necessary payment to proceed with your booking.


A confirmation email containing a CONFIRMED PICK-UP TIME time will be sent to you via EMAIL/SMS the day before your actual tour. Please note that the time shown on the website estimates when the tours start.

Your confirmation email will show to correct time for all pick-ups. Please make sure to read your confirmation email. Please check your spam or junk mail section if you cannot find your confirmation email in your regular inbox.


Important Info about Tour Time and Pick-up Time

  • Please note that the tour time and pickup time for our tours are not the same. We have specific pickup times for each tour, and these may vary depending on the tour you have booked and where you’re staying. When you make a booking, please ensure that you check the date, email address, and hotel/Airbnb to make sure they correct.
  • To ensure that you have the most up-to-date information, we will send you a second confirmation email the day before your tour to confirm the exact pickup time. This will help you to plan your day and ensure that you arrive at the designated pickup location on time.
  • In addition, we would like to remind you to read the description of all tours before you create a booking. This will help you to ensure that the tour you have selected meets your expectations and that you will be able to fully enjoy your experience with us.

Important Notice

  • You have 5-minute grace period after your pick-up time to board the bus. Once this time has expired we will have no choice but to depart without you on board. Your tour time and pick up time is not the same, please be mindful of the time on your booking confirmation. We sending out all outdoor activities earlier than usual due to the weather conditions.
  • We hope this message finds you well. As a company dedicated to offering our clients exceptional service, we always strive to ensure your experience with us is of the utmost quality. However, there are times when external factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather, traffic, or natural disasters, may disrupt our operations.
  • In such uncertain circumstances, we kindly request your patience and understanding. We understand that unexpected delays or changes in schedule can be frustrating, but we assure you that your safety and satisfaction remain our top priorities.
  • If there is a possibility of bad weather or severe traffic conditions that may impede our punctuality, we will make sure to inform you in advance. Likewise, if we need to reschedule a tour or alter our plans due to unfavorable weather conditions, we will promptly notify you and provide alternative options.
  • Any cancellations made at least ninety-six (96) hours or more shall not attract a cancellation fee.
  • Any cancellation made less than ninety-six (96) hours but more than seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the scheduled tour time will attract a fifty per cent (50%) penalty.
  • Any cancellation made within forty-eight (48) hours or on the same day that the booking is made will attract a one hundred percent (100%) penalty.
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Company and received by Unique Tours Jamaica within the timeframes outlined above to be eligible for a refund
